Event Setup Crew / Delivery Team – Part Time (Weekend Focus)

We’re hiring dependable team members to assist with event setups and deliveries throughout the Orlando area.

This is a hands-on position working with party rentals such as inflatables, tents, tables, and chairs. If you like staying active and working outdoors, this can be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load and unload equipment at the warehouse
• Deliver and set up equipment at homes, schools, and events
• Return later in the day for pickups and breakdowns
• Work with a team to complete daily routes efficiently

Schedule Overview

• Main work days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Wednesday and Thursday: warehouse prep and cleaning
• Friday: prep, loading, and occasional deliveries

Weekend Schedule (Important)

Weekend shifts are often split into two parts:

• Example:
• Deliveries in the morning (around 8:00 AM – 12:00/1:00 PM)
• Break in the middle of the day
• Return for pickups (around 3:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 PM)

Some team members stay near the warehouse during the break, others go home. This is up to you.

On busier days, shifts may run longer or straight through depending on demand.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Available to work weekends consistently

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in delivery, moving, or general labor
• Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles

Pay

• $15/hour starting
• $16/hour after 60 days
• $17/hour after 120 days (based on performance)
