Delivery Driver (Floral Shop) – Start Immediately
We are a busy, family-owned floral shop in Maitland and are URGENTLY hiring delivery drivers for immediate start.
Please be prepared to start the day you apply or the day after
This position is a permanent position (or if you are just looking for a little extra income we are flexible)
Start as soon as tomorrow
Shifts Available (7 Days a Week)
- 10AM – 7PM
- 12PM – 7PM
- 2PM – 7PM
Finish early if you’re efficient Additional routes available for strong drivers
Job Description
- Deliver floral arrangements on pre-planned routes
- Routes are zoned (no excessive driving across the city)
- Stops are typically ~15 minutes apart
- Use of delivery app
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle
- Working A/C (to keep flowers fresh)
- Smartphone with GPS
- Professional attitude and reliability

Job Type
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Full-time and Part-time available
Pay
- $6 per delivery stop performance bonuses on intermittent basis based on reliability and quality
- Average 3–4 deliveries per hour
- 10–15 stops per route (some more with a bigger temperature efficient vehicle)
Important
- Must be available this week (Thursday–Saturday is VERY busy)
- Weekend availability required
- Drivers are responsible for their own expenses (As self-employed individuals, 1099 drivers can deduct reasonable and necessary costs, such as fuel, maintenance, tolls, and mileage, on their IRS Schedule C)
