This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator based in Kansas City, MO. The System Administrator will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system security and data protection, providing technical support to users, and optimizing network performance. The role also involves monitoring system upgrades, implementing solutions for system enhancements, and maintaining compliance with IT protocols.
- Proficiency in System Administration, including managing servers, operating systems, and system configurations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues
- Experience in Network Administration, including configuring and maintaining networks and ensuring optimal performance
- Knowledge of Information Technology tools, systems, and security protocols
- Ability to provide hands-on Technical Support to resolve user issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not required
