What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backup Corporate Chauffeur Driver for Headquarters position at Orizon Aerostructures?
Responsibilities:
- Provide transportation to employers’ desired destinations.
- Drive and maintain general upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Present a professional image of oneself and the company.
- Safe and legal driving practices are always expected with or without passengers.
- Cleaning vehicle as needed.
- Complete regular checks on the vehicle and demonstrate awareness of service dates.
- Accommodate fluctuating schedules and occasional overnight stays.
- Office support and data entry work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience of driving full-size or larger vehicles strongly preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a current/valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license.
- Must possess a good driving record: i.e.: no major violations or at-fault accidents for the past 5 years.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must maintain a flexible schedule with high availability, including occasional overnight travel.
- Must be comfortable operating larger passenger vehicles in varying traffic, parking, and weather conditions.
- Must be proficient in using maps, GPS, and other navigation tools.
