Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Technical Program Manager (TPM) . This role is ideal for a highly organized, communicative, and tech-savvy individual with a strong foundation in end-user technologies and program management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and program management teams to develop and maintain roadmaps for infrastructure and application development projects.
Define project scope, establish milestones, and manage delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Drive planning, implementation, and execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs.
Promote and contribute to project management best practices across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong proficiency in Excel – including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with Jira – for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and reporting.
Familiarity with end-user technology – such as endpoints, mobile devices, user-facing applications, and related support tools.
Understanding of help desk or system support domains – including ticketing systems, escalation processes, and service delivery.
Preferred Experience:
2–5 years of experience in technical program or project management.
Exposure to infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT environments.
Experience working in hybrid teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
