Experience Level: 15 Years overall (5 years as Agile Coach)
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and support teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and scaling Agile practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation, leadership, and coaching expertise to drive enterprise-level cultural transformation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership teams.
Drive Agile transformation strategies at team, program, and enterprise levels.
Facilitate training, workshops, and Agile ceremonies to instill continuous improvement.
Partner with senior leadership to align Agile principles with business outcomes.
Provide hands-on coaching in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
Identify and resolve organizational impediments with stakeholders.
Promote use of Agile metrics and reporting tools to track delivery and measure business value.
Support portfolio and program planning activities to ensure Agile alignment.
Encourage innovation, collaboration, and adaptive problem-solving across teams.
Required Qualifications
13 years in IT/Business delivery roles with 5 years as an Agile Coach.
Deep expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, or equivalent frameworks.
Proven experience coaching at team, program, and enterprise levels.
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.
Exceptional communication and leadership with ability to influence executives and delivery teams.
Experience scaling Agile in large enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC/ATF), or similar.
Experience in change management and enterprise transformation.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile Product Management.
