Maintenance Technician
Location: Norwalk, OH
Shift: Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shift (3-Day/4-Day Work Week)

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
- Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability efforts
What We're Looking For
- Industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience maintaining production or industrial equipment
- Military technical experience highly valued
Preferred Experience
- PLC troubleshooting
- Industrial automation
- Servo motors, VFDs, robotics, or controls
- CMMS systems
- Lean Manufacturing or TPM
- Automotive manufacturing
Salary : $28 - $38
