Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead national revenue growth across its core logistics services, including Drayage, Transload, Asset-Based Trucking, OTR, Automotive, and Brokerage. This executive will build and scale a high-performance sales organization, expand enterprise customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across key verticals such as Automotive, Retail, Beverage, Manufacturing, and E-commerce. This role is ideal for a proven logistics sales leader with experience scaling revenue in fast-growing, operations-driven environment. Lead from the front, downtown Chicago.

- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and lead national RFPs
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing
- Represent at major industry events and conferences. Travel 25-50%.
- 10 years of sales leadership in logistics or transportation (drayage, intermodal, OTR, brokerage, or automotive logistics)
- Proven success scaling revenue beyond $100M
- Strong enterprise shipper relationships across Automotive, Retail, Beverage, Manufacturing, and E-commerce
- Experience leading and developing sales teams of 10–50
- Strong financial acumen (pricing, GP%, P&L impact)
- Data-driven leader with advanced CRM and forecasting capabilities
Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
