Orion Solutions is working with a highly regarded electrical construction company to identify a Project Management Assistant to support Project Managers with the planning, organization, and management of everyday operations, primarily on large projects.

- Manage scheduling on large projects, including coordination with outside vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and accurately complete job start forms.
- Review project scope, materials, tooling, schedule, and phasing with the foreman.
- Review alternates, premium time needs, qualifications, and exceptions.
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve timeline issues.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to address needs and provide updates.
- Minimum of 2 years of administration experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Previous experience within the construction industry is a plus
