Our client is seeking a Life Science Service Delivery Manager to oversee specialized transportation and delivery operations for time and temperature-sensitive products. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize life science transportation operations, ensuring adherence to temperature control, security, and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, DOT, IATA, TSA, and related regulations.
• Lead and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence and accountability.
• Manage quality control processes, audits, and corrective actions.
• Analyze KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years in supply chain management and 3 years in life sci/healthcare transportation.
• Skilled in GDP and cold chain logistics management.
• Experienced in regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Strong communicator with leadership and analytical abilities.
• Passionate about quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
