Orion Protective Services is looking for a reliable and responsible security professional in Springfield, MA. Candidate should have reliable transportation to travel to work. Strong communication skills are required and be able to interact with visitors and staff.

Schedule:
- Flexible 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed by the operations team.
Duties will include:
- Enforce all property rules and policies
- Report observations in detail.
- Observe and report all activity in a digital daily activity report.
- Conduct foot patrols.
- Be able to travel and cover shifts for call-outs.
Candidates must have:
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- The ability to receive direct deposit. We pay by direct deposit weekly.
- The ability to walk around the property and sit for long periods of time.
- A driver's license in good standing for a minimum of one year.
- Strong communication skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts)
- The ability to travel to different sites.
