Orion Protective Services is looking to hire a security Officer for a for a Patrol post. The site is a Water Reservoir, in tune with nature in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, attention to detail, and with strong work ethics.
Available Schedule:
Mondays and Fridays 03:30PM-11:00PM.
Saturdays and Sundays 03:00PM-11:00PM.
Requirements:
- At least one year of security experience.
- Customer service oriented and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to write detailed incident reports and daily activity reports.
- Must be able to pass a driver's history check.
- Driver's license required in good standing for at least one year.
Responsibilities will include:
- Strong work ethics.
- Must be alert and vigilant for the duration of your shift.
- Have the ability to sit for long periods of time, in a company vehicle.
- Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; act to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- You must be well organized and able to be flexible with planning and your schedule.
- Communicate with the Field Supervisor on a daily basis.
