Senior Marketing Manager - Professional Services

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals
• Strengthen brand positioning, market differentiation, and overall firm visibility
• Partner with leadership and business development teams to identify and support growth opportunities
• Translate complex professional services into clear, compelling, client-focused messaging
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and new client opportunities
• Support relationship-driven marketing efforts including referrals, partnerships, and events
• Optimize marketing funnels with a strong focus on ROI and measurable performance
• Lead creation of high-quality content including articles, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
• Elevate subject matter experts as recognized voices in the market
• Manage editorial calendars and content distribution strategies
• Oversee website strategy, SEO, and digital performance improvements
• Manage digital marketing initiatives across email, paid media, and social platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Use analytics and reporting to improve campaign and channel performance
• Support client engagement and retention initiatives in coordination with client-facing teams
• Manage internal marketing resources and/or outside agencies
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and project execution
• Build scalable marketing processes and best practices

Qualifications

• 5 years of marketing experience required
• Significant experience in professional services marketing such as legal, financial, consulting, or similar
• Strong track record of driving growth and building brands in expertise-driven businesses
• Deep understanding of relationship-driven marketing and long sales cycles
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and execution-oriented
• Excellent writing, messaging, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and translating vision into action
• Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and project ownership
