Job Description
- Help develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters.
- Research legal issues and prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Support discovery, analyze evidence, and help prepare for depositions and hearings.
- Collaborate with colleagues, communicate with clients, and keep assigned matters moving forward.
Qualifications
- 2 years of business litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- A North Carolina or South Carolina bar license.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- An independent, adaptable approach and the confidence to take initiative.
- Strong academic credentials are preferred.
