Location: This is a fully on-site position in Sacramento, California, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Note: Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience and 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or Law Clerk. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Support attorneys handling personal injury litigation from inception through trial
- Create and update medical expense summaries, medical record summaries, and wage loss summaries
- Draft arbitration briefs, mediation briefs, and basic discovery motions
- Read and summarize deposition transcripts
- Create PowerPoint presentations for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Respond to discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production
- Draft demand letters and prepare demand packages
- Conduct legal and general research
- Arrange and attend inspections
- Prepare legal and general correspondence
- Set up equipment and videotape depositions
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients
- Negotiate client liens under attorney supervision
- Assist with other litigation support duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of litigation experience required
- 2 years of Paralegal or Law Clerk experience required
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong English language, writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF software, and basic office equipment required
- Strong attention to detail and document formatting skills required
- Motivated, self-directed, and organized professional preferred
