Location: Sacramento, California – Work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative, fully on-site office serving clients throughout Northern California.
Note: Active California Bar license and at least 2 years of litigation experience are required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred but not required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Description
- Manage litigation matters involving personal injury claims throughout Northern California.
- Handle cases from filing through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and medical providers.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding client results.
- Maintain organized case files while managing multiple litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license.
- 2 years of litigation experience required.
- Personal injury litigation experience preferred but not required.
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
