Location: Sacramento, California – Enjoy an on-site, collaborative office environment where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team while serving clients throughout Northern California.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience. Stronger consideration will be given to attorneys with additional plaintiff PI litigation experience.

Job Description
- Represent plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims.
- Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
- Stay current on California personal injury laws and litigation practices.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license.
- 1 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
- Experience managing personal injury litigation matters.
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Litigation experience including depositions and court appearances is highly preferred.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
