Job Description
- Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Manage an active caseload with appropriate supervision based on experience level.
- Meet with clients, evaluate claims, and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required.
- Professional fluency in Spanish required.
- Personal injury experience preferred but not required.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client advocacy.
