Location

Note

Candidates must have 1 years of civil litigation support experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable assisting attorneys with litigation documents, deadlines, and court filings.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, discovery documents, legal correspondence, and other litigation materials.
• Accurately calendar and track court deadlines, hearings, and important case milestones.
• Prepare, organize, and electronically file documents with state and federal courts.
• Assist with discovery responses, document review, and large-scale document production.
• Organize case files, review evidence, and maintain accurate litigation records.
• Coordinate trial preparation, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other parties.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 years of civil litigation support experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience preparing litigation documents, assisting with discovery, and managing case files.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and litigation deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Experience in insurance defense, general liability, or commercial litigation is a plus.
