Job Description
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, complaints, demand letters, stipulations, and other legal documents.
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, hearings, and motions practice.
- Manage discovery, including document collection, review, production, and electronic discovery platforms.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, witnesses, experts, court reporters, and vendors.
- Conduct factual investigations, document analysis, and legal research.
- Review, organize, and summarize legal, medical, employment, and other case-related records.
- Maintain case files, organize litigation materials, and manage deadlines.
- Work with ESI vendors to support electronic discovery and document production.
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong experience supporting civil litigation matters.
- Experience drafting litigation documents and managing discovery.
- Familiarity with electronic discovery and document review platforms.
- Excellent research, proofreading, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
