Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Jeffersonville, Indiana, ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience in a professional office setting.
Note: Candidates must be licensed in Indiana and have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Kentucky licensure is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution
- Develop and execute case strategy, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
- Prepare cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and examining witnesses
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff on active matters
- Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, developments, risks, and next steps
- Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple cases while delivering high-quality work product
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Indiana law license in good standing
- Kentucky licensure strongly preferred
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience managing cases through discovery and trial preparation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong oral advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a solid work ethic
- Experience with financial institutions litigation is a plus
