Location
This is an on-site position based in San Bernardino, CA. Candidates should be local or within a realistic commuting distance, especially while getting started with the firm.
Note
Must have an active California law license in good standing and litigation experience or a strong litigation-focused background. Probate, trust administration, or trust litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Handle a primary workload of civil litigation matters, with probate and trust matters as needed.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, correspondence, and legal memoranda.
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and other litigation proceedings.
- Manage discovery, case deadlines, client communications, and matter strategy.
- Conduct legal research and analyze factual and legal issues.
- Assist with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and case resolution strategy.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and third parties.
- Work closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff on active matters.
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California law license in good standing.
- 1 years of attorney experience preferred.
- Civil litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Probate, trust administration, trust litigation, or estate-related experience is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
- Professional, responsive, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently.
