Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Temecula, California, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely while collaborating with an experienced litigation team.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have 2 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage litigation and/or complex commercial litigation.

Job Description
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Analyze insurance policies and complex coverage issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Handle written discovery and motion practice.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts.
- Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on complex litigation matters.
- Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required.
- 2 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage litigation and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.
- Insurance coverage or policyholder-side litigation experience highly preferred.
- Construction-related insurance or construction defect experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
