Note: Active Florida Bar membership and 2 years of associate attorney experience are required, along with 1 year of construction law, procurement law, or commercial litigation experience. Candidates with 4 years of post-law-school experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent clients in construction, procurement, contract, and commercial litigation matters
- Analyze contracts, claims, disputes, and regulatory issues and develop practical legal strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents
- Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and case preparation
- Advise clients regarding construction contracts, procurement issues, business disputes, and risk
- Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated matters
- Take increasing ownership of cases and client relationships as your experience grows
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license
- 2 years of experience practicing as an associate attorney
- 1 year of construction law, procurement law, or commercial litigation experience
- 4 years of post-law-school legal experience strongly preferred
- Construction and/or procurement law experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, analysis, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team
- Willingness to work full time in the Tallahassee office
