Bass Sox Mercer handles complex commercial litigation matters in state, federal, and administrative forums throughout the United States, with the highest concentration of cases filed in federal court. The firm has very low turnover and many associates at the firm have been promoted to partner. No prior relevant experience is required, and necessary training will be provided to the chosen candidate. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills are required. Prior clerkship or private firm experience preferred. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or awaiting admission. Compensation will include a competitive salary and benefits package.
