Location
Reno, Nevada – Full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll lead commercial construction projects while working closely with field and office teams.

Applicants must have 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish is required.

Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project costs, quality, and schedule performance.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- 4 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of all phases of commercial construction.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify construction issues and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
