Location:
Charleston, West Virginia (Hybrid) — Enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia and have at least 2 yrs of business law litigation experience. Strong experience handling written discovery, depositions, pleadings, substantive motions, mediations, and court appearances is required.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation.
- Conduct written discovery and defend and take depositions.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.
- Deliver strategic legal advice while maintaining exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active West Virginia Bar license.
- 2 yrs of business law litigation experience
- Strong experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motion practice.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
