Job Description
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare collections filings and assist with enforcement matters.
- Draft governing documents including declarations, bylaws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Represent clients during court appearances as experience develops.
- Work directly with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy and legal research.
- Advise clients on community association governance and compliance matters.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal solutions.
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Maryland Bar license required.
- 0 to 2 years of attorney experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice.
- Experience with collections, district court matters, judgment writs, or garnishments is a plus.
- Admission in DC and/or Virginia is a plus.
- Prior leadership or staff management experience is a plus.
