Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionManage civil defense matters from early case assessment through resolution, including construction defect litigationDraft and argue motions (including dispositive motions), pleadings, and key case strategy documentsHandle written discovery: propound, respond, meet-and-confer, and motion practice when neededTake and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and work with expertsAppear at hearings and actively support trial preparation (trial participation encouraged as experience allows)Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersQualifications2 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)Active Colorado Bar license and in good standingCurrently living in ColoradoSolid working knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil ProcedureStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsConstruction defect litigation experience preferred; judicial clerkship experience is a plusGenuine interest in practicing construction defect law (required)Why You Will Love Working HereYoull work alongside a collaborative team that values sharp lawyering, clear communication, and steady professional growth.
