Location
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team and gain valuable day-to-day courtroom exposure.
Note
To be considered, you must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Ohio Bar. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, but we are happy to train a motivated attorney who is eager to build a career in plaintiff litigation.

Job Description
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Counsel clients throughout the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
- Develop trial advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience.
- Handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and related personal injury claims.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Bar license in good standing.
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality.
- Desire to build courtroom and trial experience.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.
