Location
Hybrid role based in either Roseville, CA or Irvine, CA, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Note
This role requires a California-licensed attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience and demonstrated exposure to construction defect, real estate disputes, or business litigation.

Job Description
- Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes
- Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and court appearances
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioning
- Provide clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, or business litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Background from law firm, in-house, or solo practice environments welcome
