The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing litigation practice.
This position offers immediate opportunities to manage your own cases while receiving mentorship from experienced litigators. You will handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Prepare cases for trial
- Communicate directly with clients and insurance adjusters
- Maintain organized files and meet litigation deadlines
Qualifications Required
- Active California Bar license
- 2–7 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseloads
Preferred, not required
- Insurance defense, appellate advocacy, and/or legal liability experience
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Courtroom and trial preparation experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000–$155,000, depending on experience. Applicants seeking higher salaries should contact us directly about our Senior Associate positions.
