Location
On-site in Miami, Florida, in a collaborative office setting where attorneys work closely together and learn fast.

This role requires active Florida Bar admission and at least 3 years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.

Job Description
- Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case
- Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
- Argue motions and appear in court when appropriate
- Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions
- Manage discovery, including disputes and motion practice
- Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters
Qualifications
- Active and good-standing Florida Bar license
- 3 years of commercial or business litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
