Job Description
- Manage cases from inception to resolution under senior counsel supervision.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Take and defend depositions, assist with mediation and trial prep.
- Support settlement negotiations and strategic case development.
- Gain exposure to high-value, complex litigation cases against sophisticated defense teams.
Qualifications
- Active California bar membership in good standing.
- 1–3 years of California civil litigation experience.
- Plaintiff-side experience preferred; defense experience considered.
- Comfort with contingency work and fast-paced litigation.
