Job Description:
- Lead enterprise-wide process excellence efforts
- Educate and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise
- Work extensively with executives, stakeholders, and business process owners to coordinate end to end requirements, design, testing, and deployment including change management associated with strategic initiatives
- Support the design, implementation, and management of process improvements to create a consistent, efficient, and scalable experience that enhances our customer satisfaction
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex process and efficiency issues
- Collaborates and builds trust within the organization and with customers to exceed their expectations
- Functional expert to challenge and refine business processes and procedural documentation
- Provide regular reporting on progress of strategic initiatives, departmental needs and risks identified
- Create measurement standards to validate the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives
- Mortgage operations experience of at least 5 years
- Demonstrated passion for and experience in leading or participating in process/continuous improvement projects and the ability to solve problems
- The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Aware of organizational, cultural group and/or interpersonal dynamics through attentive listening and ability to read the environment.
- Proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects that drive continuous improvement.
- Must have excellent project management skills.
- The ability to motivate people and excellent influencing skills.
