What You'll Do
- Lead collections efforts by proactively following up on overdue accounts via email, phone, and mail while building positive, lasting customer relationships
- Resolve billing challenges by partnering with the sales team to address discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries
- Process and reconcile payments accurately—managing cash, checks, and electronic transfers with precision
- Maintain financial accuracy through regular account reconciliations, invoice reviews, and detailed record-keeping
- Track and analyze AR metrics by preparing aging reports, monthly financial summaries, and performance data for management
- Support credit decisions by evaluating customer creditworthiness and recommending appropriate credit terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards across all AR transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
What You Offer
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
