Overall responsibility
- Performs any combination of duties under the direction of an Ophthalmologist and Clinical Manager to assist in examination and treatment of patients.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Acquire/Enter data into testing equipment.
- Operate all clinical testing equipment.
- Medical record data entry into EMR to maintain office and patient records.
- Willing to self-study to gain new knowledge/COA certification.
- Position will require staffing in both Bend/Redmond locations and variable hours.

Experience requirement
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Position requires patient and physician contact; therefore, individual must exhibit pleasant conduct, have the ability to listen and represent practice standards of high efficiency and decorum.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working in a customer service oriented field, preferably a medical or ophthalmic field.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to transition from sitting to standing throughout the day.
- Must be able to communicate via the telephone, email, and instant messaging.
- Must be able to view and type computer data.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
