About The Dale
The Dale Modern Day Spa provides premium, design-forward salon and wellness suites for beauty and personal-care professionals who want to grow their own businesses in a beautiful, professional, all-inclusive environment.
We currently operate 5 locations across the Valley and are actively working to expand to 12 locations over the next few years in the Phoenix Metro.
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive / Partner Growth Specialist to help us lease suites, build relationships with beauty and wellness professionals, and support the continued growth of The Dale.
This is not a passive leasing role. We are looking for someone who can prospect, follow up, give strong tours, overcome objections, create urgency, and close qualified beauty professionals into premium Dale suites.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for converting qualified beauty and personal-care professionals into signed Dale partners.
This person will own much of the lead-to-lease process, including responding to leads, outbound prospecting, scheduling tours, conducting tours, following up consistently, tracking prospects in the CRM, and helping providers understand how The Dale can help them grow their business.
The right person is friendly and relationship-driven, but also confident, persistent, organized, and comfortable asking for the sale.
This is a role for someone who loves sales, enjoys closing, and is motivated by performance-based upside.
