The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. You'll work directly with engineers, contractors, and project managers to understand their ground stabilization challenges and position BaseCore as their solution of choice.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry networking, and lead qualification
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client project requirements and recommend appropriate BaseCore solutions
- Develop accurate estimates and proposals tailored to each project's specifications
- Drive deals to close while meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
- Track pipeline activity, sales metrics, and forecasts in our CRM system
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to leadership
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand technical products and client needs
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a full pipeline independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Experience selling to the construction, civil engineering, or landscaping industries
- Familiarity with ground stabilization, geosynthetics, or building materials
- Existing network of contacts in relevant industries
