Busser/Food Runner

About the Role:

Join our team at Original Skiff, where we provide an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. As a Busser, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and well-prepared dining environment while supporting our service team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work under direct supervision.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle basic tasks independently while referring complex issues to senior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Clear dishware and glassware from tables during service.
• Reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Stock service stations and provide support to servers as needed.
• Assist with dishwashing when necessary.
