Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
• Perform detailed quality audits and assessments to identify deviations from established standards and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality metrics; prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• Participate in root cause analysis sessions and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall quality systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes including audits, data collection, and documentation practices.
• Ability to operate precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers confidently.
• Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
