This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of payroll experience who enjoys detail-oriented work, employee support, and working with payroll systems such as ADP or Workday. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associate’s degree, some college, or equivalent hands-on payroll experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Base salary up to $85,000, depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility, 15% annual bonus target, and 14.3% profit sharing.
Responsibilities
The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations, including:
- Processing payroll changes
- Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
- Assisting with employee inquiries
- Maintaining payroll records
- Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.
This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and confidentially.
Qualified candidates will bring
- At least 2 years of payroll experience, ideally in a corporate, financial services, professional services, or similarly detail-oriented environment
- Experience with ADP or Workday is strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, follow-through
- Service-oriented communication style
