You own and build the system that turns licensed content into delivered training data.

Our pipeline is technology-driven: an evaluation engine scores each video game title, a mission system generates capture plans, a desktop app governs and enhances the capture experience, and AI scene analysis annotates what’s captured. The surface area is wide: a consumer desktop application, AI quality tools, gamified incentive systems, outsourced team management, and delivery to AI lab customers.

You define how these systems work together, shape them with engineering and research, and run the operation. You use AI tools and your own technical ability to optimize every part of this process. This is not coordination. You are building a critical part of the business.

• Reporting to the Co-CEO/CPO, you own the pipeline end to end, from licensed title to delivered training data, across multiple concurrent games.
• Stand up, manage and scale capture operations across distributed teams and external partners.
• Partner with engineering and research to build what you need.
• Build the optimization layer: what to capture, when, and how, balancing across titles, teams, and evaluation criteria. Define scoring systems for capture quality, team performance, and content value.
• Use AI tools and scripting to automate workflows and increase leverage across the operation.
• Translate buyer feedback and quality signals into capture priorities.

• 4 years in product management, technical program management, or operations. You build systems, not just manage them.
• Proven daily use of AI tools and coding to build workflows and automate processes. Not a nice-to-have.
• Experience managing external vendors or distributed teams across time zones.
• Comfortable working with engineering and research teams on tooling and product decisions.
• High ownership. You scope your own work and ship without hand-holding.

• Experience in data operations, content operations, or AI training pipelines.
• Background in game development, or a genuine gaming enthusiast.
• Experience with gamified systems, contributor platforms, or performance-based workforce tools.
