Oriana is the latest venture from Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise, an evolution of The Noortwyck and a new expression of their shared vision. The restaurant is slated to open in mid to late February.Oriana is where fire meets flavor in the heart of Nolita. We deliver technique without the formality and are focused on reclaiming what a wood-fired restaurant is. We are looking for people to bring their energy, dedication, and passion, and join us to create, collaborate, and grow together.At Oriana, the Porter is responsible for helping receive and storing food and paper goods orders, washing and organizing dishes, cleaning the main dining rooms and private dining rooms, cleaning the bathrooms, trash removal, and other activities to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
