Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cypress, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with customized solutions. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating activities across teams, preparing and delivering performance reports, and identifying areas for growth. The role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, and a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
