Job Overview
We’re looking for a smart, collaborative, and creatively-minded Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted day-to-day contact for our clients — managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring that creative work is delivered with excellence and impact.
You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to bring ideas to life, while also helping clients feel understood, supported, and excited about the work we’re doing together.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships rooted in trust and proactive communication
- Understand clients’ business goals, brand, and audience inside and out
- Guide clients through the creative process, setting expectations and delivering confidence at every stage
Creative Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to ensure work aligns with the client’s objectives and brand
- Offer clear, insightful creative briefs and feedback that reflects both client priorities and creative integrity
- Participate in and occasionally lead client presentations, helping to sell through strategic and creative ideas
- Translate complex feedback into actionable guidance for internal teams
Project Management Execution
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, content, branding, and digital initiatives
- Manage timelines, scopes, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects
- Flag risks early and problem-solve collaboratively with internal and client teams
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all client-facing deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising
- 5–7 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role at a creative, marketing, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of creative processes (branding, content, campaigns, digital, etc.)
- Confident communicator who can build trust with both clients and internal teams
- Ability to balance diplomacy with candor — representing client needs and creative integrity equally
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting work, leading meetings, and managing feedback cycles
- Experience with project management tools, Google Analytics is a plus
- Travel Required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
