Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position follows a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely. The role works closely with the President and reports to the Corporate HR Manager located in Bloomington, Indiana.
Job Summary
Organized Living is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager & HR Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Cincinnati headquarters while supporting key human resources and administrative functions.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across departments, helping ensure a productive, organized, and engaging workplace environment. The successful candidate will support office operations, employee onboarding and engagement, administrative projects, and day-to-day HR activities while working closely with company leadership. Because this position plays an important role in supporting employees and maintaining office operations, regular in-office presence is required as part of our hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate team meetings, company events, and office activities.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, training coordination, and policy administration.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding office procedures and administrative processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure the office and facility reflect company standards for organization, professionalism, and presentation.
- Assist with special projects and support cross-functional business initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company, and business information.
- Support communication and coordination between departments and remote team members.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, human resources administration, executive administration, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations support experience preferred.
