Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Juice Barista to join our Organica team. As a Juice Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including juices and smoothies, while ensuring that each drink meets our high-quality standards. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, engaging with customers, and promoting our menu items.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety menu items such as juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy snacks according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
- Adhere to food handling safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it upon hiring.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Able to carry up to 35 pounds
