We are seeking a holistically-minded Associate General Dentist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, digitally driven office that prioritizes strong patient relationships, clear communication, and comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate is someone with excellent chairside manner, strong clinical skills, and a genuine passion for delivering thoughtful, patient-focused dentistry.
This is a part-time position, with Mondays required and Tuesdays optional. Our office is rapidly growing so additional opportunities may apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy.
- Assess patients’ oral health through thorough examinations and diagnostic procedures utilizing dental imaging and medical records.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and dental terminology knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and efficient documentation using Curve Hero practice management software.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures like prosthodontics and endodontics.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate General Dentist.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in dental office operations and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for managing medical records and scheduling.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and delivering compassionate service in a holistic environment.
