As a Teller, you will assist members with general financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. You will consult with members to identify needs and provide solutions that are in the member’s best financial interest, research and resolve basic account inquiries, and support daily branch balancing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Work type: Full-time, On-Site and Non-Exempt
Schedule: Must be available for work Mon-Fri between the hours of 8 am and 6:15 pm
Compensation: $19.50/hr bonus and incentives

What You Will Need To Be Successful
- At least six months of relevant customer service or retail experience required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in demanding situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve challenges using available resources
- Cash handling experience and general computer/keyboarding skills preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
